Everything you need to know before your stay
One-night rental
Room rental for one night costs €80.00 per room.
Extra bed
An extra bed can be added in all rooms. The cost is €30.00 per day, including breakfast.
Tourist tax
Room prices exclude tourist tax: a one-time fee of Rp. 25,000 (approx. €1.75) per person plus 10% per day of the room rate.
Availability, reservations, and rentals
For availability, reservations, and rentals, please contact us via email or phone. On this page, you can also select your desired stay dates using the calendar. After selecting the dates, click the ‘Check Availability’ button to automatically open an email form with the selected dates included
Payment terms and conditions
After a written or email reservation, we request a 100% advance payment. Once received, you agree to our payment terms. You will receive a written confirmation by email; this also serves as proof of your final reservation. The payment must be completed before your arrival at Villa Bugis, from within the Netherlands.
In case of full and/or partial cancellation, different cancellation conditions apply than the ANVR terms.
If the rental agreement is cancelled, the following charges apply:
- From 56 days to 28 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price.
- From 28 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
- From 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price.
- From 7 days before arrival up to and including the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price.
Cancellation during stay
Cancellation during the stay does not entitle you to a refund.
